Before contacting support

Include the shop's myshopify.com domain, the affected product, the job ID shown in Activity and the complete error message. Do not email Shopify access tokens, passwords or customer information.

Restoration issues

Do not delete retained originals from Shopify Files while a restoration issue is being investigated. Open Activity to confirm whether the job can be retried and include its job ID in the support request.

Data and privacy requests

Access, correction and deletion requests can be sent to the same email address. Include the shop domain so Alter Algo can verify authorization before acting on the request.
